Frog Spawn

Post by DavidM »

Today 11/03/20
Lots of common frog & frog spawn in small scrape in Judland wood at entrence to The Farthings AV, also in a small scrape in Astley Park behind the new houses built at the bottom of Parklands school & also in the large, duckweed covered pond, that serves the old stone fountain in Astley Park. No sign of any newts.

Think you will find that searching for newts with a torch at dusk or later is more productive, David
