BAZIL POINT. Canada geese. B.H.Gulls. Gt.B.B.Gulls. Magpie. Lg.fl.Starlings. Blue tit. House Sparrows. Tree Sparrows. (M) Blackcap. C.Dove. Redwing. Dunnock. Chaffinch. Blackbirds. Robin. Lots Curlew. Lots Redshank. Few Lt.Egrets. Oystercatchers. C.Crows. Blk.t.Godwits. Wren. Teal. Pheasant. Pied Wagtail. Gt.tit. Sparrowhawk. Shelduck. 100sWigeon. Lapwings. Knot. Golden Plover. Few Grey Heron. Cormorants. Lot of Goldeneye. Mallard. Mute Swans. Moorhen.y
Few RABBITS.1GREY SQUIRREL.
(Carol saw.Bumble bee.Slaters & Sandhoppers.

SUNDERLAND POINT. similar waders as this morning plus4 Dunlin.2Gt.C.Grebe. GT.WHT.EGRET. was the star bird.not as many sm birds as this morning but Songthrush was seen.

IT WAS A GOOD DAY OUT ENJOYED BY ALL 6 OF US.

Sorry I'm not fit enough to join you on the field trips these days. Fungi on photo on the forum is an old Shaggy Inkcap. Please can you tell me a bit more about the second fungus - do you know if it was growing on wood and how big was it? Thanks, Joyce

Hi Joyce,
The small Fungi was growing on a small stump,was approx 2 inches wide,there was a better example
on the other side,but i only had my long lens with me.
