A Little Grebe on the river was a nice find this morning also the pair of Goosander still there. For the last few days there has been 100+ gulls (mainly Black Headed) and good numbers of Corvids mainly Jackdaws and Rooks on a freshly manured field on the south side of the river near to Anchorfields. Yesterday I counted 23 Pied Wagtails on the field with probably the same number today though I couldn't get an accurate count from my viewpoint on the north side of the river. Also today 2 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel and plenty of Fieldfares and Redwings in the area.
