Had a good look around the mawdesley side for a change this morning birds spotted :- hundreds of pinkfoot on the stubble fields , 20+ lapwing , 3 snipe , 12 corn bunting , 10+ yellowhammer , 6 tree sparrow , 6 reed bunting , lots of skylark scattered around , 7 gadwall and 12 mallard on a pond ( seen gadwall on this pond before ) , 50 linnet , 3 buzzard , 3 kestrel , 2 mute swan on drainage ditch , 1 hare , 1 weasel .
