More juvenile birds in our garden than I can ever recall -apart from starling, house sparrow and wood pigeon recorded previously we've also had robin, blackbird, song thrush, blue tit (up to 9 young birds) great tit, coal tit, dunnock, goldfinch, chaffinch and great spotted woodpecker.
Also had visits from jackdaw (at least two nests in chimneys locally), rook and sparrowhawk.
May be dry, warm Spring the major factor.

Good here, family of 6 blackbirds doing well, the parents chose a different bush this year and the young are doing great. 2 young wood pigeon amongst flock of 6 doing well too. Sparrows bred successfully and gathering more nest material. Blue tits also.

Re: Bird families
Only one young Blackird so far this year, possibly due to the dry conditions. Plenty of young House Sparrows (10+), also young Blue Tit, young Great Tit, young Dunnock, young Robin, young Starlings, young Collared Doves and young Wood Pigeons.
