A stroll from Euxton to the Aldi store at Buckshaw village, via Pear Tree lane.

100+ Burnet moths on the waste ground between the railway station and Tesco, think they were 5 spot but not sure, (took a photo but it won't attatch)
Small Tortoiseshell and 2 Large Skipper butterflies in the same area.

20-30 Red tailed Bumblebees feeding on the patches of White Clover that survived the mowing of the grass verges.

3 House Martin overhead. pair of Coot on on of the ponds. pair of Oystercatcher in the grounds of one of the industrial units.

Kestrel. Goldcrest and Chiffchaff on Pear Tree lane.

Holly blue and Comma butterflies in the garden.
Stickleback in Chapel brook, first one I've seen in there for a long time.
