Headed over to video some virtual fieldwork for my students - no trips out for a while!
At least 4 Red Veined Darter on some of the small ponds in the slacks. Numerous Common Darter as well for comparison, plus 10+ Emporer and Black Tailed Skimmer, and 2 Four Spotted Chaser.
Lovely Orchids, many Pyramidal, Early and Southern Marsh present.
