Possible -probably need to pot and try to get a close-up -of a parasite of Vespula wasps-in garden, Great Knowley

Len-great finds and shots

My thoughts -first bee -Lasioglossum species; second bee -Andrena bicolor(?) -plenty around at the moment -second generation is from June to august.

Solitary wasp -looks like one submarginal cell so either Crossocerus,Ectemnius or Crabro

Brilliant find Peter -not just a Chorley first but a North West one! iRecord has no records north of Warwickshire, but it has been steadily moving up here after only being found in Jersey to about 2015.
