Bees are Apis -honey bees -dangling legs and hairy eyes

My thoughts -first bee -Lasioglossum species; second bee -Andrena bicolor(?) -plenty around at the moment -second generation is from June to august.

Solitary wasp -looks like one submarginal cell so either Crossocerus,Ectemnius or Crabro

Mammals -mole, probable bank vole

Orange legged furrow bee -male -on hardy geranium in garden. Seemingly fairly common in the recording area

Great shots Peter -I've some in my garden, accepted on iRecord. Much bigger than other Megachile in comparison.

Brilliant find Peter -not just a Chorley first but a North West one! iRecord has no records north of Warwickshire, but it has been steadily moving up here after only being found in Jersey to about 2015.
