Huge numbers of them in Astley Village It would appear nothing eats them. If you squash them their insides are a horrible orange colour. I think even crows don't like them. They've almost destroyed all 5 trees on a piece of land between myself & neighbour, two have had to be felled & the oth...

Frogs, frogspawn & newts seen today in the lower pound in Chorley cemetery. The upper pound is too thick with reed beds to observe much, certainly couldn't see any frogs spawn anywhere

Dog walk this afternoon 8-10 Redwing,1- Grt Spotted WoodPecker, 1- Wren, 4-Chaffinch, 3-4 Bluetits, 2 - Great tits, 2-Magpie & 4-5 Grey Squirrels, M & F Blackbirds.
