The Forum is appealing for volunteers to assist in the organisation of this exhibition, both before and during the event. Typical activities would be the distribution of leaflets and posters, the erection of posters, the design of posters and other promotional literature, marshalling and other related activities during the exhibition, and taking down / removing advertising material after the event. If anyone has experience of organising public exhibitions, their advice would be most welcome.
